Abrasive Materials are used for Pre-treatment : the cleaning and preparation of metals and non-metals to products of different finishes. A wide range of abrasive materials, such as:-
TOSA Emery Extra
TOSA Emer Extra is manufactured in Japan. It is considered the best quality emery. TOSA EMERY can help you lower your polishing cost per unit, reducing production costs significantly. Despite the competitive price, this product offers impressive performance and durability. Available in Grit 30 to 1,200 packing 20 kg. per carton box.
Super Grit Emery Extra
Produced in China, Super Grit is an emery product manufactured under a similar program but less process as TOSA. The product has reasonably good quality. It is ideal for polishing jobs where cost is a concern.
Silicon Carbide (SIC: Green / Black)
Black or Green in color. Black in mast common. Hard and sharp, Which makes it the ideal abrasive for use on non-ferrous metals such as Aluminium, Brass, Bronze, Magnesium, and titanium, and also non-metallic materials such as rubber, glass, plastic, fibrous wood, and other soft material.
Cut Wire / Bead Stainless / Aluminium Shot
It is widely used to strengthen the surface treatment in a metal die-cast, precision die-cast, hardware tools, machinery manufacturing, automobile components, apparatus, instruments, and pump & valve industries, etc. Such as deoxygenating, removing the burr, surface defects, inner street, and rust, flatting, strengthening spraying, etc.
Glass Bead
Glass Bead is a unique and popular air blasting abrasive for cleaning and conditioning surfaces. It is manufactured from high-grade glass, annealed in its spherical shape to equalize internal stresses and resist fracture. In addition, the inherent strength of glass beads is such that they can survive multiple impacts, allowing for the economics of continuous recycling.
SET UP WHEEL
This is an elementary polishing process that applies three core components: emery, cloth or leather wheels, and glue. They are used together to make emery wheels of different grit sizes to produce the required surface. These emery buffs are flexible and are well suited to work with pieces containing curves or corners, which normal grinding wheels cannot reach.
