TOSA Emery Extra

Super Grit Emery Extra
Produced in China, Super Grit is an emery product manufactured under a similar program but less process as TOSA. The product has reasonably good quality. It is ideal for polishing jobs where cost is a concern.
Brown Aluminium Oxide
Brown Aluminium Oxide is imported from China. It does not contain any hazardous ingredients, including Aluminium Oxide more than 98%. Use for industrial blasting and surface preparation.
White Aluminium Oxide
White Aluminium Oxide is imported from China. It does not contain any hazardous ingredients, including Aluminium Oxide more than 99%. Use for industrial blasting and surface preparation.
Silicon Carbide (SIC: Green / Black)

SET UP WHEEL
This is an elementary polishing process that applies three core components: emery, cloth or leather wheels, and glue. They are used together to make emery wheels of different grit sizes to produce the required surface. These emery buffs are flexible and are well suited to work with pieces containing curves or corners, which normal grinding wheels cannot reach.
